Goose Bay Capital Corporation was established in 2012 by the Nunatsiavut Group of Companies (NGC) to achieve its vision for the Town Centre development – a new, expansive, mixed-use 310-acre community.

The exciting and forward-thinking joint venture is poised to define life for generations to come, promising to bring new people and resources to Labrador.

Goose Bay Capital Corporation is majority owned by Nunatsiavut Group of Companies (NGC). NGC is the business arm of Labrador Inuit’s Nunatsiavut Government. NGC brings capacity and expertise to projects in Labrador and beyond.
